Privacy Policy
Logical Imagination has not yet seen fit to join any of the variety of networks and consortia designed to foster homogeneous privacy standards -- which is not to say that we disagree with those standards. Indeed, we think the existence of those groups and their policies is a good thing for those of us who surf the web for business or pleasure.
However, we can tell you the following about our own privacy policy here at www.logicalimagination.com:
We do not provide any information gathered on this site to third parties, unless that information is directly related to your registration for a class, seminar, workshop, retreat, etc. and a third party must have that information as part of normal procedures related to our hosting you at such an event. Such information would only be released on a "need to know" basis, and only rarely does somebody else "need to know." At no time will Logical Imagination sell such information to other persons or firms.
We may on occasion utilize cookies to recognize you and any preferences that you might have indicated on previous visits to the site. You can delete those cookies yourself with relative ease; they will not impact your PC or your experiences at any other sites. If you choose to delete a Logical Imagination cookie, you will still be very welcome back to this site -- we just may not be able to customize it for your pleasure. If you don't mind, we don't mind.
If you are using MSIE and choose to add this site to your "Favorites" (as we hope you will), you will notice that our logo appears in your drop-down list of favorites and also in the address box and on your desktop should you choose to make us a desktop shortcut (and-wow-would-that-make-our-day!). This branding feature is part of Microsoft's browser technology and not anything diabolical we've done to your system. It won't affect your life in any way other than perhaps subliminally encouraging you to do zillions of dollars' worth of business with us. That wouldn't really be a bad thing.
We may disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law or if we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or with legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights and property; (c) protect against misuse or unauthorized use of www.logicalimagination.com or (d) protect the personal safety or property of our clients, site visitors, or "the public" (among other things, this means that if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions).
We should also note the obvious: Logical Imagination is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of web sites to which our site may link.
We favor freedom on the web, and we respect yours. Thanks for stopping by.
